Hello! I’m Keely Saul, a professionally trained, Independent Family Celebrant based in the South West (Cornwall, Devon, Somerset & Dorset). Moreover, I have a bubbly, out-going personality, and I’m passionate about life and making memories. Additionally, I believe that life is not a dress rehearsal; tomorrow is never guaranteed, and I’m determined not to waste a second!
Like many other Family Celebrants, I have decided to leave my rat race role with a national multi-million pound company to embrace a more wholesome and holistic later life. I’ve experienced my share of ups and downs over the years, just like everyone else. These experiences have shaped me into who I am today and empower me to craft beautiful ceremonies filled with emotion and passion. My introduction to celebrancy came when we unexpectedly had to bid farewell to our Mum, my Dad’s wife of 50 years, in early March 2020. Our Celebrant, Debbie, demonstrated kindness, patience, understanding, and inquisitiveness. The ceremony on the day was flawless. Debbie’s compassionate and calm approach made an immensely difficult time much easier. It was then that I decided that someday, I would be that person for a family, paying forward the kindness and support I received.
Life continued. Time passed. Then, my stunning and amazing god-daughter announced her engagement, so, I offered to be her celebrant. I am thrilled, honored, and proud to perform the ceremony of her dreams! And so my journey started and I began my training. Now, I am living my best life and hoping to write about yours!
I am thrilled to announce that I have recently become a supplier to ‘Gift of a Wedding’, a charity that provides incredible weddings to those with terminal or life-limiting illnesses.
